About Me
I'm Ibrahim Akintunde Akintayo, a Civil Engineering graduate and IT professional. I bring together engineering discipline and practical experience in data management, technical support, and cloud automation.
I have spent over 4 years in IT. I started by managing large volumes of payroll and records data for a government body, then moved into frontline support covering Active Directory, Microsoft 365, identity and access management, and endpoint troubleshooting. My Civil Engineering training gives me a structured, methodical way of breaking down complex problems.
Today I am focused on cloud and AI. I am teaching myself AWS and Azure and building automation with the Claude API, LangChain, and RAG systems, turning slow, manual processes into scalable tools that hold up in the real world.

My Journey
Customer Support and Data Entry Officer at TESCOM (Oyo State Secretariat). I managed large volumes of payroll and staff records using spreadsheets and database tools, resolved data inconsistencies, and delivered L1 support with a 95% first contact resolution rate.
Earned a National Diploma at The Polytechnic, Ibadan, then a B.Eng in Civil Engineering at the Federal University of Technology, Minna. This built my foundation in analytical problem solving, structures, and project delivery.
Frontline L1 support at Aseda School of Science. I handled Windows and device troubleshooting and managed user accounts and identity across Active Directory and Microsoft 365, keeping classrooms and staff running.
A self directed deep dive into cloud and AI. I am working across AWS and Azure with Lambda and Terraform, and building automation with the Claude API, LangChain, and RAG. This is the work that connects my engineering background with scalable digital systems.
